Entry control: scan, validate, count

Queues at the gate, paper lists and fake tickets are reduced by QR control. A steward scans the code with a phone; the system confirms validity instantly and updates the count inside.

  • Roles and audit log

At the gate

A steward opens the check page in the browser and scans the code. A green, red or yellow result appears on screen; duplicate attempts are logged.

No special device is needed for scanning; the camera is enough.

Occupancy

Management sees live how many people are inside and through which gate. The entry report is ready at the end of the event.

Capacity limits and the safety plan remain the organiser’s responsibility.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Australian-specific points

Entry logs contain personal data; retention period and access rights are set with you in line with Australian data protection rules. Event safety and permits under local rules remain with the organiser.
