The management screen shows vacancies, total arrears, open faults and budget variance for the selected buildings. Filters work by building, period and responsible person.
Figures come from the records; they are not edited by hand.
Export
Reports are downloaded as PDF or Excel; a ready summary is created for a given meeting. A scheduled e-mail report is optional.
