Patient journey

The patient gets a reminder: does not forget, confirms or reschedules in a click

Before the appointment the patient receives a short e-mail: date, time, address and a confirm or reschedule link. Forgotten appointments drop, and a freed slot is noticed early.

  • English and community languages
  • Patient data and Privacy Act in mind
  • Roles and access log

An appointment not forgotten

The reminder helps the patient check their calendar. Timing is your rule, for example one day before.

It carries no health information; only the appointment itself.

A freed slot is known early

If the patient reschedules or cancels, the slot opens in the calendar at once and another patient can be offered it.

On busy days a rule can be set to inform a waiting patient.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
