Notices and messaging: right building, right residents, logged delivery across the Emirates

Personal data is handled under the federal PDPL, with free-zone rules such as DIFC and ADGM considered where they apply, so access and retention are defined early. Notes on the door and one-by-one e-mails take time and you never know if they arrived. The system selects the audience by building, floor or person, sends by e-mail and logs who received it.

  • English and community languages
  • payment link and AED
  • Roles and audit log

Preparing the message

A template is chosen, building or floor selected and the text prepared in the residents’ languages. Notices such as planned water or power interruptions are sent with the date.

Residents emirate their preferred language in their profile.

Sending and log

The message goes out by e-mail and can also appear in the resident portal. Undeliverable addresses are listed.

A printout is available for the notice board.
