Stock
Live quantity.
Businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah usually want this live before the next VAT filing, so the scope follows how your team really works. When raw material runs out production stops, and excess stock ties up money. The system records every material in and out, warns at the minimum level and shows counting differences.
Each material is defined with code, unit, storage location and minimum level. Goods receipt, issue to a work order and returns are recorded one by one; the stock quantity is visible live.
Barcode or QR scanner hardware is assessed separately.
For material that falls to the minimum level a purchase suggestion is made. When a count is done a difference list is prepared and the correction entry is submitted for approval.
The stock valuation method is clarified with the accountant.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
