Order
Customer and date.
Teams in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain get the same fixed-scope approach and one contact who replies within a working day. When a customer order comes in, it must be clear which material, work steps and dates are needed. The system breaks the order into work orders using the bill of materials, shows the status and follows it through to delivery.
An order is recorded with customer, product, quantity and requested date. The bill of materials produces the material requirement and a purchase request is suggested for missing material.
Bills of materials are entered by the company or imported.
Each work order goes to the shop floor with its steps, and completed steps are ticked off. The customer learns the order status and expected delivery date by e-mail.
Automatic reading of CAD drawings is out of scope.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
