Documents arise from the order automatically
In export and import each shipment needs several documents and the same information is typed again and again. The system prepares the proforma invoice, delivery note, commercial invoice and packing list from order and shipment data; there are no inconsistencies and documents come out in the customer’s language.

Document set
When a shipment is confirmed the document set is prepared in one click: item code, tariff-code field, origin information, weight and package count come from the item card. Documents are stored as PDFs and attached to the shipment file.
Customs and legal suitability of documents is assessed by the company, its specialist and the customs broker; the software gives no guarantee of compliance.
Templates and archive
Document templates are designed with the company’s logo and fields; they can be issued in the languages your customers speak and extra fields can be defined per customer country. All documents are archived linked to the shipment so they are found within minutes in an audit or a customer query.
A direct connection to electronic customs systems is assessed separately.

In US foreign trade, documents are often requested in English or the customer’s language. The system prepares documents in these languages; assessment of customs declaration and proof-of-origin matters belongs to the company and its customs broker.
