Patient journey

Check-in and waiting: patient arrives, record opens, queue visible

When the patient walks in, reception checks them in with one click, confirms details and adds them to the queue. On the doctor’s screen the patient and file are ready.

  • English and community languages
  • Patient data and CCPA in mind
  • Roles and access log

The moment of welcome

The arriving patient’s details are ready on screen and reception only confirms. Changes such as insurance details are updated.

If the patient filled in the form beforehand, nothing needs retyping at check-in.

Queue and direction

The patient joins the queue and is sent to the room when the doctor is ready. If there is a delay, the screen shows it.

Walk-ins and urgent cases get a separate marker.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

US specifics

Information shown in shared areas is kept to a minimum; a queue number can replace a name. The interface can be in the patient’s language.
