Multilingual school software: every family informed in its own language

In USA a school often brings several home languages together. The software translates not only the interface, but also parent e-mails, documents and notices to the family’s preferred language.

  • English and community languages
  • Pupil data and CCPA in mind
  • Roles and access log

How does the language choice work?

At enrolment the parent picks a language. Notices, reminders and documents go out in it. Staff choose their own interface language separately.

A missing translation falls back to the default language.

Who owns the texts?

You or your translator approve the template texts in the languages your customers speak; we place them in the system. You can change the texts later yourself.

Other languages are quoted separately.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

US-specific points
