Invoice
From shipment.
In trade, an invoice written by hand from the shipment is late and contains errors. The system prepares the invoice from shipped lines, adds the Klarna payment slip, issues SEK and foreign-currency invoices, invoices partial shipments separately and closes returns with credit notes.
When a shipment is confirmed an invoice draft is prepared: price, discount, payment terms and due date come from the order. The Klarna payment slip is added automatically and the invoice goes as a PDF in the customer’s language by e-mail.
The tax and legal suitability of invoice content is assessed by the company and its specialist.
On a foreign-currency invoice the rate is recorded and the SEK equivalent is shown. When a return arrives the credit note is linked to the original invoice; invoice lists and open items are exported for accounting.
An interface for direct transfer to accounting software is assessed separately.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Sweden the Klarna is used as the payment slip and invoice languages vary by customer. The system supports the Klarna format and four-language invoices; correctness of VAT (moms) (moms) and legal fields is assessed by the company and its specialist.
