Invoice
PDF with QR code.
In Sweden fees and course charges are mostly collected with the Klarna. The system prepares the invoice with a QR code, matches payments and sends reminder e-mails for overdue invoices.
For fees, course charges or tickets a Klarna is generated as a PDF and sent by e-mail. The reference number is unique per invoice so the payment is matched to the right member.
Bank account and IBAN are entered by the club.
A bank statement file is uploaded; the system marks paid invoices and lists missing or excess amounts. Staged reminders can be set up for overdue invoices.
Swish, card payment and direct bank connection are assessed separately and not guaranteed.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
The Klarna is the Swedish standard payment slip and has replaced the old red and orange payment slips. Set-up is done together with the accountant for technical format and tax details.
It is assessed separately; it is not guaranteed and depends on the provider’s conditions.
Open receivables can be imported via CSV; the scope is clarified at project start.
