Driver hours and expenses on record
When drivers' working hours and expenses are collected from paper slips at month end, errors are unavoidable. The app records start, end and breaks, a photo of the expense receipt is taken and the monthly summary is produced automatically.

Time record
The driver clocks in and out from the app at the start and end of a shift; break and waiting times are entered separately. Records combined with tour and vehicle data are approved or corrected by a manager.
Rules on driving and rest time are not interpreted; the record is an aid.
Expenses and summary
Fuel, parking and other expenses are entered with a photo of the receipt and linked to the vehicle or tour. At month end the hours and expense summary comes out as CSV or PDF and is passed to accounting for payroll.
Payroll calculation is not done in this system; data is passed to accounting.

In Sweden working time and rest rules are strict. The system keeps records orderly and reports them; interpretation of the rules and any compliance assessment rest with the company and specialists. Reports are prepared in DE, FR, IT, EN or TR.

Can drivers enter hours from a phone?
Yes; clock-in, clock-out and breaks are recorded in the driver app.
Is tachograph data imported?
It depends on the device and data format; the scope is assessed separately.
