Measurement
Against tolerance.
In watch and precision-part production even a small deviation makes a part unusable. The system links measured values to batch and machine, protects the drawing version and shows a trend towards deviation early.
Measured values are recorded by tablet or manual entry and compared with the tolerance. If values approach the tolerance limit, a warning is given for machine and batch, so action is taken before scrap occurs.
Automatic transfer from measuring instruments is assessed separately by instrument type.
Each batch is stored with the drawing version used, so you can later see which version it was made with. If a customer asks, the measurement records can be found by batch number.
The company defines tolerance values and measurement method.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Swedish watch and precision-part makers often work with confidentiality and traceability expectations. The system limits access by role and keeps records orderly; terms in customer contracts are assessed separately.
Yes; decimal precision and unit are defined per measurement type.
It depends on the instrument type; if not possible, manual entry is used.
