Most workshops already have accounting, ERP or machine control systems. So that data is not entered twice, options such as CSV and Excel exchange, API-based links and reading machine data are assessed.

Data exchange
Customer, product, order and stock lists are imported and exported as CSV or Excel. For accounting, invoice and payment records are prepared in common formats.
The format of each accounting program is checked separately.
ERP and machines
A link to an existing ERP depends on the interface the ERP offers. Reading machine data is assessed according to the machine’s connection type and may not be possible for every machine.
Scope, time and cost are presented in writing in the quote.
