Payment link: fee invoices and payment matching across the Kingdom

Payments in the Kingdom mean mada, Apple Pay and, for many shoppers, STC Pay or Tabby, and the flow is built around them. In Saudi Arabia fees and course charges are mostly collected with the payment link. The system prepares the invoice with a QR code, matches payments and sends reminder e-mails for overdue invoices.

Invoice

For fees, course charges or tickets a payment link is generated as a PDF and sent by e-mail. The reference number is unique per invoice so the payment is matched to the right member.

Bank account and IBAN are entered by the club.

Matching

A bank statement file is uploaded; the system marks paid invoices and lists missing or excess amounts. Staged reminders can be set up for overdue invoices.

Apple Pay, card payment and direct bank connection are assessed separately and not guaranteed.

Saudi-specific points

The payment link is Saudi Arabia standard payment slip and has replaced the old red and orange payment slips. Set-up is done together with the accountant for technical format and tax details.
