Dates
Start and end.
Many Saudi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. If a promotion shows different prices at the till and in the web shop, customer trust suffers. The system lets you define a date-ranged discount, multi-buy offer and coupon once; till and web shop apply the same rule, and the price returns to normal when the promotion ends.
A promotion is defined for an item, category or basket value. Rules such as percentage, amount, multi-buy or bundle price and start and end dates are entered; for overlapping promotions the order decides which applies.
Complex promotion rules are assessed separately as to scope.
After a promotion ends, units sold, revenue and discount amount are listed per promotion. To reduce the risk of wrong prices, a preview list is produced before it starts and changes are logged.
It is not guaranteed that a promotion will increase sales.

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
