Move-in
Contract and keys.
Many Saudi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. When a tenant changes, skipping steps is easy if contract, condition report, keys, deposit and documents run separately. This flow moves every step along in order and on record.
Contract and documents are prepared and sent to the tenant by e-mail. On move-in day the key handover and condition report are filled in on the phone with photos and sent to both sides as PDF.
Contract texts are your own template.
The notice is recorded and a check task is created for the move-out date. At move-out the condition is compared with the entry report; the file closes after deposit and utility results.
Release or deduction of the deposit is management’s decision.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Saudi Arabia the handover protocol (Übergabeprotokoll) is an important document between tenant and management. Templates can be prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN; deposit (Mietzinsdepot) rules are recorded according to your contract.
