Rent and fees invoice, payment matching and reminder together, built for Saudi Arabia

ZATCA e-invoicing sets the rhythm for Saudi finance teams, so invoice data is kept ready for it. Preparing dozens of rent or fee invoices every month, tracking payments and chasing arrears by hand takes days. The system produces invoice and QR code from the payment plan, matches incoming payments and lists open items.

Invoice and payment

Rent, fees and utility advances are planned per unit. On the invoice date PDF and QR code are prepared and e-mailed; incoming payments are matched using the bank file.

The bank file format is clarified with your bank.

Arrears and reminders

Unpaid items are listed; stepped reminder texts are sent with your approval. Management sees in one list who owes how much.

Legal procedures (e.g. formal notice) are out of scope.
