Stock
Live quantity.
Many Saudi teams work Sunday to Thursday, and scheduling, reminders and reports follow that week. When raw material runs out production stops, and excess stock ties up money. The system records every material in and out, warns at the minimum level and shows counting differences.
Each material is defined with code, unit, storage location and minimum level. Goods receipt, issue to a work order and returns are recorded one by one; the stock quantity is visible live.
Barcode or QR scanner hardware is assessed separately.
For material that falls to the minimum level a purchase suggestion is made. When a count is done a difference list is prepared and the correction entry is submitted for approval.
The stock valuation method is clarified with the accountant.
