Lesson day one flow from plan to parent notice across the Kingdom

Vision 2030 has raised expectations for digital service, so response time and clean records matter from the first visit. A lesson day is cut into short intervals: attendance, lesson, homework, message. With separate tools every switch costs time; in one flow the teacher focuses on teaching and records form by themselves.

  • English and community languages
  • Pupil data and PDPL in mind
  • Roles and access log

Morning and lesson

The teacher sees the day’s lessons and substitution duties. At the start of a lesson attendance is taken in a few taps; a notice to the parent is prepared automatically for an absent pupil.

A teacher or the office confirms before sending.

After the lesson

Lesson note and homework are saved, and grades are entered on the same screen. At the end of the day a homework summary reaches parents and pupils.

Records flow into the report flow automatically.

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Saudi-specific points

Lesson times and the holiday calendar are defined by region and school. Parent messages go out in the family’s language; pupil data is protected with access logging.
