Calendar
Instructor, vehicle, learner.
The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and SDAIA guidance shape how records are kept, so access and retention are defined early. In a driving school an instructor, a vehicle and a learner must be ready at the same time. When the calendar sees all three together, cancellations and idle slots drop, and learner progress stays on file.
A learner requests a lesson slot online; the system shows a suitable instructor and vehicle. After the lesson the instructor adds a short note and the remaining lessons are visible.
Vehicle maintenance and service days are blocked in the calendar.
Theory courses open with places; attendance is kept. Exam date and result are entered in the learner file.
You notify the exam to the competent authority.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Categories, compulsory courses and exam procedures follow legal rules; the software tracks them to your rules and does not give legal advice. Multilingual learner information is supported.
