Session deduction
At every step.
Saudi customers often verify identity through Nafath and share a National Address, and forms leave room for both. A package is sold and each session deducted; a voucher’s balance and validity date show on the client card. A digital voucher is sent by email.
When a client buys a package, the number of sessions and the validity date are recorded; each visit deducts one. A voucher is scanned at the till, the amount used is deducted and the balance stays on the client card.
