Quote, invoice and e-mail in the customer’s language
Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. In Qatar trade one wholesaler serves customers in Doha, Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah on the same day. The system offers the interface and all documents in the languages your customers speak; the language on the customer card switches quote, confirmation, invoice, reminder and e-mail to that language automatically.

Interface and documents
Each user picks their own language; the team works in the same system in different languages. Document templates are ready in the languages your customers speak, item names and descriptions are kept per language and the document comes out in the customer’s language.
Additional languages (e.g. Arabic) are assessed separately within the project.
Language and automation
The language on the customer card determines quote, confirmation, invoice, reminder and bulk e-mail draft. Translations can be edited by your company so industry terms and tone fit your firm.
