Business type
Your customers order around the clock at their own price across Qatar
Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. Business customers want to order online seeing their own prices instead of phone and e-mail. The system works on the same database with a B2B portal offering customer-specific prices and stock view, quick ordering, reordering, and invoice and shipment history.
- English and community languages
- payment link and QAR
- Roles and audit log
Portal and orders
After login the customer sees their own price list, stock and open invoices. They order quickly by pasting item codes and repeat a past order in one click; the order drops straight into the system and a confirmation e-mail is prepared.
Portal design and customer logins are quoted separately within scope.
Data and security
Price, stock and invoice data come from the same database; no second copy is needed. The customer sees only their own data, actions are logged and the administrator can add and remove users.
If a payment provider connection is needed, it is assessed separately according to the contract.
How we work
- 1
Clarify the need
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
- 2
Build and connect
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
- 3
Test and launch
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Qatari-specific points
In Qatar B2B customers often expect same-day or next-day delivery and the portal must be in the languages your customers speak. The system supports several languages and QAR prices in the portal; assessment of e-commerce and consumer-law matters belongs to the company and its specialist.
Frequently asked questions
Do customers see their own price?
