Sports facility: booking, entry and occupancy in one place

Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. In municipal or operator sports halls, usage requests are gathered by e-mail, phone and spreadsheet. The system applies separate rules and fees to clubs, schools and individuals, shows occupancy and prepares the invoice.

Scheduling

Clubs book annually, schools weekly and individuals one-off. Management defines the priority order and holiday closures; clashes are seen in advance.

Policy decisions and tariff regulations are set by the body itself.

Entry and invoice

Users are assigned an entry code or key responsibility. At period end, usage hours are invoiced by group and an occupancy report goes to management.

Integration with physical lock systems is assessed separately.
