Role
Menu and rights.
Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy shapes how records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. In clubs the president, treasurer, coaches and volunteers use the same system but should not see the same data. Role definitions separate access and the audit log shows who changed what and when.
For each role the visible menu and permissions are defined: fees only for the treasurer, training list for the coach, ticket scanner for door staff. Volunteers can get time-limited access.
The role list is defined together at project start.
Changes to member data, cancelled invoices and deleted records are written to the audit log. Two-step verification can be used for management sign-in.
Log entries cannot be deleted, only viewed.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Qatar association boards change; adding a new treasurer or president and closing the old access takes a few minutes. Role names are shown in DE, FR, IT or EN.
The new person is assigned the role and the old access is closed; history is kept.
