Member and visitor journey

Membership: step by step from sign-up to first session: in Qatar

Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. A new member fills in the sign-up form; everything else happens in the system: approval, first invoice, team placement and a welcome message. The board does not write messages one by one or chase files.

  • English and community languages
  • payment link and QAR
  • Roles and audit log

Application and approval

The applicant fills in the form, adds parent details for children and optional documents. Management approves the application or puts it on a waiting list; the applicant is informed by e-mail.

Admission conditions are set by the club.

Invoice and start

After approval the first fee invoice goes out with the payment link. The member is placed in the right team, and the welcome e-mail contains training times and a contact person.

A membership card or kit order can be added separately.
