Barcode
For every item.
Businesses in Doha, Lusail, Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah typically work in Arabic and English, and the interface covers both. If the till, web shop and stock do not use the same product data, prices and descriptions drift apart. The catalogue keeps barcode, variants, images, price list and multilingual descriptions in one place; till and web shop draw from it.
Each item holds barcode, supplier code, category, unit, size or colour variant and images. Bulk import and export work with CSV or Excel.
If you already have a product list, its format is checked beforehand for the transfer.
Separate price lists are defined for retail, campaign and business customers, with validity dates. Product name and description are kept in DE, FR, IT and EN, and till and web shop show them in the customer's language.
