Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy shapes how records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. In a chain with many branches the main challenge is consistency: the same item must appear in every branch with the same name, the same price and correct stock. The system combines central catalogue and price management, branch-level sales and comparative reports.

Central management
Product, price and promotion are defined centrally and distributed to all branches. The branch manager sees only their own stock, sales and staff; head office compares all branches on one screen.
As the number of branches grows, server capacity is planned separately.
Transfer and reports
An item that runs out in one branch is transferred from another; the transfer is tracked as sent and received. Branch revenue, margin and stock-turnover reports are compared by season and period.
Interpreting the reports is the company's own assessment.
