Role
Visible scope.
Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy shapes how records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. Manager, accountant, caretaker, owner and tenant work in the same system but should not see the same data. Roles set the limits and the audit log tracks changes.
For each role the visible buildings, documents and actions are defined. A caretaker sees only work orders, an owner only their own unit.
Roles are defined together at set-up.
Key actions (amounts, status, document changes) are logged with user and time. Management can open a record’s history and see the differences.
Log entries cannot be deleted, only read.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Qatar managers often run many buildings with small teams, so roles are kept simple and clear. Role names show in DE, FR, IT or EN.
Starting roles exist for management, accounting, caretaker, owner and tenant; they are adapted to your needs.
