Component
Age and life.
In Qatar, quotes and invoices are in riyals, with any applicable taxes shown separately, so the setup is planned that way from day one. If roof, façade, lift or heating renewals are not planned years ahead, owners suddenly face large bills. The system tracks components over their life cycle, spreads the plan across years and compares quotes.
Components such as roof, façade, lift and heating are entered with age and expected life. The system places the planned years and approximate costs in a table; estimates are set by you or your expert.
It does not replace a technical building assessment.
For each project incoming quotes are shown side by side; the chosen quote becomes a work order. Progress, invoices and photos are collected in the project file.
A summary report is produced for the owners’ meeting.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
