Stock
Per client.
Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. A 3PL warehouse holds the goods of several clients under one roof. The system tracks each client's stock separately, records goods in and out, calculates storage and handling services per client and shows the client its stock in a portal.
Each item is recorded linked to a client; shelf location, batch and quantity are visible. Goods in and out are recorded with a document, and any difference is marked in the count list.
The use of barcodes or handheld terminals is assessed separately.
Services such as storage days, pallets, goods in-out and handling are calculated at client-specific prices and turn into a monthly service invoice. The client sees its own stock and movements in the portal and only accesses its own data.
The portal scope is stated in writing in the quote.
