Child record for kitas and childcare providers

Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy shapes how records are kept, so access and retention are defined at the start. The child record holds basic details, group, contract and notes; sensitive fields are restricted by role. Access is logged.

  • English and the community languages your customers speak
  • QAR, tax and local levies
  • Data protection under PDPL

The child’s information is protected

When a record is created only the necessary fields are mandatory; sensitive information such as special needs and dietary notes is visible only to relevant staff. Who opened the record is logged and a parent can request access to information about their own child.
