Order
Starts with a quote.
Local payments run through NAPS cards, Fawran instant transfers and Apple Pay, and the checkout is prepared for them. An order passes through many hands in the workshop and information can get lost at every handover. In this flow, order, planning, production, quality, dispatch and invoice move along the same record; everyone sees the status.
When an order arrives, the quote becomes a work order, planning assigns machine and shift, and the workshop reports progress on a tablet. Work that passes quality control moves on to dispatch and invoice.
Steps are adapted to the company’s process.
If a customer asks, you can see on one screen which step the order is at. Late jobs raise a warning; delivery note and invoice are prepared from the same record.
Delivery estimates are based on the data entered.
