Work order
Ready on site.
Customers in Qatar commonly identify themselves with a QID, so forms and records leave room for it. A work order is assigned to parcel, machine and person; work done, time and inputs used are recorded from the field by phone.
When the job is done the person enters the work done, time and the fertiliser or spray used; these go to the parcel record and deduct from stock. Machine operating hours are collected and a reminder comes when service is due.
