Cross-border trade in one system

In import and export the quote comes in one currency, the document in another language, the delivery term under another rule. The system gathers foreign-currency price and invoice, term-based cost, trade document set and shipment tracking in the same file, so each file is followed from start to end.

Export and import file
Each export or import is opened as a file: quote, order, document set, carrier, payment and shipment are gathered in one place. Costs tied to the file (freight, insurance, customs broker) are allocated to cost and the real margin becomes visible.
Customs procedures are carried out by the customs broker; the system provides document preparation and tracking.
Rate and payment
The invoice rate is recorded, the exchange difference at payment is shown separately and the NOK equivalent stands beside it. Terms such as advance payment, letter of credit or deferred payment are written to the file; expected payment feeds the cash-flow forecast.
Letters of credit and bank procedures are handled with the bank; the software only provides records and tracking.
