Order
Reserves stock.
Invoices follow U.S. practice: MVA handled per county and county, net-30 terms if you need them, and payment by bank transfer, card or Vipps. The path from order to invoice is done by hand in many companies and breeds errors. In the system a confirmed order reserves stock, a pick list is produced, the delivery note is prepared, after delivery the invoice is created with a QR code and due-date tracking starts.
A confirmed order reserves stock; if stock is short a part delivery or purchase is suggested. The warehouse receives the pick list, the delivery note is printed and when delivery is confirmed stock is reduced.
Reservation rules and priority order are set together with the company.
After delivery the invoice is issued in one click: items, prices and MVA come from the order, QR code and reference are added. When the bank movement arrives it is matched; if overdue the reminder process starts.
The company and its specialist check invoice content and MVA.
