Roles
Own rights.
Personal data is handled with GDPR and county privacy laws in mind, so access, retention and deletion requests are defined early. In a shop the cashier, stock clerk, branch manager and accounting do different jobs. The system gives each role its own rights; who made sensitive actions such as price, discount, return and stock corrections, and when, is logged.
A cashier sells but cannot change prices; discount and return approval is requested from an authorised person. The stock clerk sees stock movements, the branch manager accesses their own branch's reports, accounting sees invoice and payment records.
The role list and rights are set with the company at the start of the project.
Price changes, cancelled sales, approved returns and stock corrections are logged with user, date and old and new value. So when a suspicious difference appears, it can be traced what changed and when.
The log gives the company a means of control; no guarantee is given about its evidentiary value.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Norwegian companies value orderly rights and logs for security. Roles are set up according to the company's structure; retention periods and legal requirements are assessed by the company and its specialist, the software does not guarantee compliance.
Yes; role name and rights are defined and assigned to users.
