List
All channels.
We build for how Norwegian small businesses really operate: MVA that changes by county, tax documents contractors, and peak seasons that differ by region. Orders arrive from the web shop, the shop and the phone. The system gathers them in one list, shows status (new, in preparation, shipped, delivered), builds the preparation list and prepares the status notice to the customer by e-mail.
An order from any channel appears in the same record structure; channel, customer, items, payment and delivery method are read on one screen. If stock is insufficient, the order is flagged and partial shipment or waiting is chosen.
Phone orders are entered by staff in the panel.
The warehouse or shop employee sees the preparation list, picks the items and marks them as packed; the status updates in the record. When the order ships, an e-mail with tracking details is prepared for the customer.
Shipping labels and tracking links are assessed separately per carrier.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Norway, customer correspondence is expected in one of several languages. The system links the customer language to the order and prepares notices and invoices in that language; prices are in NOK and invoices can include the QR payment part.
