Order
One record.
Prices are quoted in NOK, MVA shown separately where it applies, and the scope is fixed before work starts. The most common flow is this: a customer places an order, the order is assigned to a vehicle and driver, the driver delivers, proof is collected and the invoice is issued. When these steps move in one record, office, driver and customer look at the same information.
The order arrives by e-mail, phone or customer file and is recorded; address, size, weight and delivery window are entered. A suitable vehicle and driver are assigned, added to the tour plan and passed to the driver through the app.
The scope of automatic route calculation is assessed separately.
The driver confirms delivery in the app; signature or photo is added to the record and the status is notified to the customer. The invoice is prepared from completed orders and proof of delivery is attached.
The invoice format is prepared according to Norway accounting set-up.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
Norwegian customers expect documents in their own language and in NOK. The system links customer language and tariff to the order record; the delivery notice and invoice are prepared in the same language.
It is assessed as part of a customer portal; the simplest form is receiving orders by e-mail or CSV.
It is prepared from completed orders and checked before sending.
