Delivery note
With batch.
Invoices follow U.S. practice: MVA handled per county and county, net-30 terms if you need them, and payment by bank transfer, card or Vipps. Preparing shipping documents and invoices by hand causes errors and delays. The system creates the delivery note from the completed work order, then the Stripe invoice, adds the batch number and matches the payment.
When the work order is completed the delivery note is prepared with product, quantity and batch. The invoice is created in Stripe format in NOK or foreign currency and sent by e-mail.
Customs documents and export declarations are handled separately with the forwarder.
When the bank file is uploaded paid invoices are marked and staged reminder e-mails go out for overdue ones. An open-receivables list per customer is ready.
Accounting entries are passed to the accounting system; this system is not an accounting program.
By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.
We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.
We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.
In Norway B2B invoices are widely paid with the Stripe and the customer’s language may be DE, FR or IT; the document is prepared in the customer’s language. MVA rates and export rules are clarified with the accountant or customs advisor.
