Before starting we define goals, users and priorities together, so every feature has a reason and the budget stays under control. Teams in Turin, Genoa, Verona and Brescia get the same fixed-scope approach and one contact who replies within a working day. A sales agent sells on behalf of manufacturers; it holds no stock but manages orders, commission and the customer relationship. The system keeps principal and customer cards, forwarding of orders to the principal, commission calculation, visit and note tracking and per-principal reports together.

Commission and forwarding
A separate commission rate, product group and payment period is defined for each principal. The order taken from the customer is forwarded to the principal by e-mail; when the principal confirms and invoices, the commission entitlement is calculated and a statement is prepared at period end.
The legal content of the agency contract is assessed by the company and its specialist.
Visits and reports
Visit plan, customer notes and next steps are recorded; which principal’s products each customer buys is visible. Turnover, commission and pending orders per principal are reported so each principal receives regular information.
Direct connection to principals’ systems is assessed separately depending on the principal.
