Before starting we define goals, users and priorities together, so every feature has a reason and the budget stays under control. Teams in Turin, Genoa, Verona and Brescia get the same fixed-scope approach and one contact who replies within a working day. A football club has dozens of teams, hundreds of players and weekly matches. The system sets up teams by age category, sends training and match invitations, informs families and collects fees.

Team management
Players are placed in teams by birth year. The coach sees the squad, takes attendance and sets the match line-up; parents receive invitations by e-mail.
A connection to federation licence systems is assessed separately.
Match day
Pitch and changing room plans are made, results entered and the table updated. For the home team ticket or kiosk sales can also be managed.
Live match streaming is out of scope.
