Class schedule: weekly plan, booking and waiting list across Italy

Before starting we define goals, users and priorities together, so every feature has a reason and the budget stays under control. Teams in Turin, Genoa, Verona and Brescia get the same fixed-scope approach and one contact who replies within a working day. When class times, capacity and cancellations are handled by message, classes end up empty or overbooked. The system publishes the weekly plan, takes bookings against capacity, adds a waiting list when full and sends reminders before class.

  • Italian, English
  • e-invoices and EUR
  • Roles and audit log

Planning

For each class day, time, instructor, room and capacity are entered. The plan is published on your website; members book or cancel from their own account.

Terms and holiday schedules are defined together.

Packages and tracking

Packages, multi-entry cards and subscriptions are tracked with remaining credits. No-shows and late cancellations are flagged according to your rules; the occupancy report is ready.

Payments are made by invoice or payment link.

Your benefits

How we work

  1. 1

    Clarify the need

By e-mail we discuss your processes, roles, existing systems and how data is moved, and set the scope in writing.

  2. 2

    Build and connect

We build the solution around your workflow and connect it to e-mail, calendar, documents and payment.

  3. 3

    Test and launch

We test every flow with realistic cases, train your team and go live only when it is right.

Italian-specific points

Italian fitness and sports studios often serve a multilingual clientele; plans and notices are prepared in DE, FR, IT or EN. Amounts are in EUR and payment can also be made by e-invoices.
