Invoices follow Italian rules: 22% VAT shown separately, e-invoices through SDI with a recipient code or PEC, payment by SEPA transfer, card, Satispay or PayPal. Invoices follow Italian practice: VAT shown separately, e-invoices with a payment reference, and payment by transfer, Satispay or card. Most retailers already have an accounting program, a payment provider, a carrier and sometimes a marketplace account. So that data is not entered twice, options such as CSV and Excel exchange, API links and accounting export are assessed.

Data exchange
Product, stock, customer and order lists are imported and exported as CSV or Excel. Sales and invoice data is exported in the format the accounting program accepts; each program's format is checked separately.
The initial data transfer from existing systems is planned at project start.
Payment, shipping and marketplace
Payment provider and carrier connections depend on the interface each provider offers. Importing marketplace orders is assessed by the method the platform offers and may not be possible for every platform.
Scope, time and cost are presented in writing in the quote.
