Italian and English

Italian teams work mostly in Italian, often with English, Turkish or other languages among staff and customers; interfaces and messages are built for that from the start. Italian teams often work in several national languages with English or Turkish alongside, so screens and messages are prepared for that from day one. In Italy guests and staff speak several languages. A four-language system offers menu, receipts, kitchen screens and e-mails in Italian and English.
German is spoken in one region and French in another, and visitors want English. A single-language system leaves some guests out.
An item name is entered once and its translations are kept alongside.
Guests pick their language in the QR menu, booking form and e-mails. Staff set the interface to theirs. We review translation quality with you.
