Apartment building: rent, faults and communication together, matched to your region, built for Italian businesses

Invoices follow Italian rules: 22% VAT shown separately, e-invoices through SDI with a recipient code or PEC, payment by SEPA transfer, card, Satispay or PayPal. We build for how Italian SMEs really operate: regional differences, holidays that vary by region and seasonal peaks in tourism and trade. In a mid-sized building, rent, utility statements, faults and caretaker jobs often run through e-mail and spreadsheets. One system ties them to the flat and tenant record.

Every day

A tenant reports a fault with a photo through the portal, management assigns it to the caretaker or a tradesperson. The tenant is informed of the status by e-mail.

The portal is optional; e-mail also works.

Year end

Utility statements are prepared per flat and sent as PDF. Rent income and costs are reported per building.

The accounting export is set up separately.
