Invoices follow Italian rules: 22% VAT shown separately, e-invoices through SDI with a recipient code or PEC, payment by SEPA transfer, card, Satispay or PayPal. Invoices follow Italian practice: VAT shown separately, e-invoices with a payment reference, and payment by transfer, Satispay or card. Writing the invoice for a delivered shipment by hand is slow and error-prone. The system gathers delivered shipments, prepares the EUR invoice with tariff and surcharges, adds the e-invoices and tracks payment status.

Preparing invoices
Delivered shipments are grouped per customer or invoiced one by one. Fixed tariff, distance, weight and extra items such as waiting charges are added; a collective invoice can also be prepared.
The company defines tariffs and surcharge rules.
Payment and accounting
The invoice goes by e-mail as a PDF with the e-invoices; as payments arrive the status is updated and a reminder e-mail is prepared for overdue invoices. A CSV export is available for accounting.
VAT rates and accounting settings are clarified with the accountant.

Italian-specific points
In Italy the invoice is issued with the e-invoices and in EUR, and goes to the customer in DE, FR, IT or EN. EUR invoices can also be prepared for foreign customers; VAT and accounting rules are clarified with the accountant.

Can a collective invoice be prepared?
Yes; shipments in a period are combined on one invoice per customer.
Is there a link to an accounting program?
CSV export is available; a direct link is assessed separately by program.
