What a modern hotel PMS needs to do
The property management system (PMS) is the heart of your hotel. Reservations, room assignment, invoices and guest profiles come together here. A good PMS is fast to use, even when many guests check out at once on a busy morning, and gives your team exactly the information it needs at that moment.
For Italian properties it also has to be multilingual, issue invoices in EUR with the correct VAT and show the tourist tax cleanly. Many international systems only cover this halfway.
Front desk and housekeeping work together
As soon as a guest checks out, the room shows up for housekeeping as ready to clean. The attendant marks it "done" on a smartphone and reception sees at once that the room is ready again. Phone calls and paper slips disappear, and early check-ins become plannable.

Italian invoices and guest registration
We issue invoices in EUR with VAT and tourist tax shown correctly. Depending on the region and municipality, requirements for guest registration differ; we clarify them with you and map the necessary details in the system.
