Patient journey

Invoice and follow-up: the visit is billed, the patient invited back, matched to your region, built for Italian businesses

Invoices follow Italian rules: 22% VAT shown separately, e-invoices through SDI with a recipient code or PEC, payment by SEPA transfer, card, Satispay or PayPal. Invoices follow Italian practice: VAT shown separately, e-invoices with a payment reference, and payment by transfer, Satispay or card. After the visit services become an invoice and the patient receives it in their language. If needed they are invited to a follow-up appointment; the journey closes and starts again.

  • Italian, English
  • Patient data and GDPR in mind
  • Roles and access log

After the visit

The invoice is prepared from recorded services and sent in the patient’s language. The team tracks payment status.

If payment is late, a rule-based reminder goes out.

Follow-up and continuation

After a period the doctor sets, the patient is invited to a follow-up appointment. If you wish, a short feedback e-mail also goes out.

So the patient journey does not end with one visit; it restarts when needed.
